Three years ago, Luna came into our lives as a morbidly obese, insecure young dog. Rescued from the streets of Ireland, she was initially re-homed in the wrong environment and, as a result, had very few manners, plenty of insecurities, and some serious health issues. At 33 kg, she was carrying far more weight than was healthy for her.
With a lot of love, patience, consistency - and, of course, a calorie deficit - Luna has completely transformed.
Today, she’s a happy, fit and strong 20 kg family dog, ready to take on just about any challenge life throws at her.
Well… almost any challenge. Hiking in the Swedish mountains on a cold, wet day? Let’s just say that’s still up for negotiation. 😄
